Circuit Design & Experimental Validation

As the team leader, I coordinated the overall project and led the circuit design and experimental validation. From constructing the pHT43 plasmid to chromosomal integration, I was deeply involved in every step. This experience taught me the true meaning of "engineering thinking"—not only designing elegant circuits but also staying calm, analyzing failures, and iterating quickly. Seeing CradleShield evolve from an idea into real data is my greatest achievement.

I transformed every part of the project into a visual wiki and went to the front line to collect real voices. I built the CradleShield Wiki, turning our team's work into an accessible form, and created interview scripts for doctors and surveys for parents. This journey taught me that good science requires not only rigorous data but also sincere communication. Human Practices showed me the hopes of countless families behind our project.

Mathematical Modeling & Poster Design

I used mathematical models to predict butyrate production and therapeutic effects, turning wet-lab data into dynamic simulations. I also designed the project poster, telling the story of CradleShield visually. Modeling taught me how theory can guide experiments, while poster design showed me how to make complex science intuitive. This was a truly interdisciplinary growth experience.
